Microsoft ISV Partner Programme
Get the support you need to build your solution on Microsoft Azure with our ISV Partner Programme.
The needs of independent software vendors (ISVs), application builders, and software development companies are very different to the needs of pureplay Microsoft cloud subscription resellers. So we have created a partner programme specifically for you.
Not restricted to either a Direct or Indirect Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) purchase model, our ISV Partner Programme combines technical and commercial support to match your Go-To-Market model.
- Attend a Microsoft CSP and Partnership workshop with your Microsoft Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Introduction to our GMCirrus cloud marketplace, subscription, and cost optimisation platforms.
- Overview of commercial support available (Business Model and Value Proposition Design workshops).
We'll take the time to understand your Microsoft partnership aspirations and outline how our partner programme can support you achieve them.
Access to 40% discount on Microsoft technical certification training and free Microsoft exam vouchers. You’ll also get first dibs on spaces at our regular webinars and events.
The aim of our programme isn’t just to make it easier for you to buy licences and subscriptions. We want to make sure that you are adopting the best technologies to help you achieve your business aspirations.
- Free Cloud Discovery Session with one of our experts. This session will help align Microsoft Cloud solutions to your aspirations. You'll be able to see where adopting Microsoft technologies can help drive your business forward.
- Discount on Cloud Immersion workshops that deep dive into Microsoft solutions.
- Discounts on a range of services to support your adoption of Microsoft’s cloud, these include infrastructure design and migration.
Break/fix support is delivered by our team of Microsoft certified engineers and backed by Microsoft Premier support, which ensures priority escalation if needed.
- We can offer discounted monitoring services for your Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Designed to allow you to focus on your business rather than worrying about the tech behind it.
- Our sought-after Azure Health Check Service which has saved some of our customers upwards of $300,000 a year, is also available at a discounted cost to members of our Microsoft ISV Partner Programme.
Got a question about Microsoft licensing or our cloud marketplace and subscription management portal? Ask away!
Regularly checking in on user-adoption rates and usages levels are important ways to ensure that your licence estate is always optimal. We have tools for Microsoft 365 and Azure that will allow you to do just this available at an extra cost.
Get access to tools and platforms to help you sell Microsoft cloud subscriptions alongside your own IP.
We'll introduce you to Microsoft’s commercial marketplace where partners can upload their applications and services for purchase. Get help navigating how to create an offer and why it’s beneficial.
As a Wayside Technology company, our global reach can support the exposure of your offer to Microsoft Partners (P2P) and end customers (P2C) across the UK, Europe, US, and Canada.
If you’re deploying a new PoC environment we can support you commercially with access to Microsoft Azure credit.
GMCirrus Cloud Marketplace
To support the delivery of your solution, you need a smart platform that enables you to easily manage your Azure subscriptions and consumption. Our GMCirrus Cloud Marketplace lets you:
- Manage, add, and remove subscriptions
- Change existing licences to different subscriptions
- Buy additional complementary products and services
- View up-to-date pricing
- View all previous orders placed through the marketplace
- View Azure consumption (approx. 12-hour delay)
Who is the Microsoft ISV Partner Programme for?
Our Microsoft ISV Partner Programme is for independent software vendors, application builders, and software development companies that want to deliver their solution on Azure.
The programme isn’t aligned to either the Microsoft Direct model or Microsoft Indirect Reseller model of purchasing cloud subscriptions. Which model you end up aligning to will be defined by how you deliver your solution to your customers. And, it could be that you use both.
This programme is designed to support the very specific needs of companies like you and combines both technical and commercial support to make sure you succeed.
Why should I move from my current Microsoft provider?
Our programme’s key differentiator is that we deliver technical and commercial support in tandem. Many Microsoft Cloud Providers solely focus on the technical development of their resellers and overlook the commercial support needed to make their resellers a success. While we have a strong team of Microsoft certified techies, we are also able to provide business model and value proposition design workshops, and support navigating Microsoft’s Go-To-Market platforms.
We’ve also been recognised by Microsoft as an Azure Specialist for ISVs for two years running. Supporting ISVs is at the heart of what we do.
What onboarding support will you provide?
Our Microsoft Business Development Manager and Account Executive Team are here to support you from the moment you first onboard and every moment after that.
We’ll get to know exactly what it is that you want to achieve and provide you with a comprehensive overview of what the programme includes and where to access each benefit.
How can I find out more?
