A Microsoft Indirect Reseller sells Microsoft cloud subscriptions, and complementary products and services, to end-customers with the support of a Microsoft Indirect Provider.

The Microsoft Indirect Provider buys cloud solutions and services directly from Microsoft for the Indirect Reseller to sell to end customers. The Indirect Provider will support resellers with customer engagements and billing

Why should I move from my current Microsoft provider?

How do I become a Microsoft Reseller?

You can become a Microsoft Reseller by signing up to the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Programme with a Microsoft Indirect Provider like Grey Matter.

Once you've completed the necessary checks, Grey Matter will provide you with access to the platform and tools you need to resell Microsoft subscriptions to end-users.

Do I have to move all my customers to you?

No. You can work with more than one Indirect Provider. So, if you’re unhappy with your current provider but want to try out our service before fully committing, you can move over only a few of your customers to begin with.

Our Microsoft Business Development Manager and Account Executive Team are here to support you from the moment you first onboard and every moment after that.
