- SecureSign slashes costs for businesses of all sizes seeking to ‘go digital’
- Microsoft Office 365 compatibility allows seamless integration into everyday document workflow processes
09:00 – 6th February 2019 – Hoddesdon, UK – Cloud technology company Sinerix has today signed a deal with Devon-based channel partner – Grey Matter to provide customers with electronic signature and biometric ID authentication software.
Developed by Sinerix, the SecureSign platform provides an advanced electronic signature and document exchange platform with built-in authentication and ID verification technology. This allows clients to securely manage all kinds of document signing and onboarding processes in just a few minutes.
SMEs and large enterprises will benefit from ‘going digital’ as costs are significantly lower than those charged by other leading electronic signature vendors.
Sinerix’s SecureSign will be available to purchase on Grey Matter’s cloud subscription management portal – GMCirrus™, part of the additional value organisations receive when joining Grey Matter’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme.
In addition to the benefits offered to customers from Grey Matter’s Microsoft CSP and Gold Partner accreditation, its longstanding independent software vendor (ISV) community can also take advantage of the advanced security and biometric software by integrating the APIs into their applications.
Commenting on today’s announcement Grey Matter’s managing director, Matthew Whitton said: “In the past year, Grey Matter has helped over 4,000 customers to refine their digital infrastructure and modernise their business. We were impressed by the technology behind Sinerix’s solutions and are delighted to be working with them. Their electronic signature and ID authentication solutions enable our customers to do more whilst reducing environmental impact, saving costs and speeding up processes internally. This, in turn, will help to improve efficiency, security and customer experience.”
Sinerix CEO David Kern said: “Grey Matter has an enviable reputation as a leading channel partner in the sector, and we are particularly impressed with the enthusiastic and professional way in which the whole team has adopted the Sinerix platform. We are very much looking forward to a close and successful working relationship with the Grey Matter team.”
He added: “With identity theft on the rise our solutions help businesses speed up document workflow while reducing unnecessary risks when sending confidential data to an unknown recipient.”
Secure document exchange via MS Office 365
Sinerix’s suite of modular software tools is aimed at businesses operating across a range of sectors including property, financial services, airports, legal, human resources, mortgage providers and security, that rely on safe document exchange, ID verification and a fast and secure onboarding process.
SecureSign works directly with Microsoft Office 365 applications, making it even more convenient for clients to integrate Sinerix digital document signing and ID verification processes into their everyday document workflow processes. MS Office 365 applications include; Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Dynamics CRM, Word, and Excel.
