International Women’s Day

Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias

International Women's Day (IWD)

IWD is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

The first International Women's Day gathering was in 1911, and today on 8 March 2022, with the theme #BreakTheBias, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere.

At Grey Matter the integrity of our company and of each person that works here is hugely important to us in every aspect of the way in which we conduct our business or our working relationships with each other.

  • Our leadership: 45% identify as female, 55% identify as male
  • Our people: 40% identify as female, 58% identify as male

Be part of our conversation and listen to some of our colleagues as they share their stories about breaking bias.

“Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day.

We can break the bias in our communities.

We can break the bias in our workplaces.

We can break the bias in our schools, colleges, and universities.

Together, we can all break the bias -

on International Women's Day and beyond.”
