The 2024.1 release of Intel® Software Development Tools marks a major milestone for developers AND the entire software industry: the Intel® oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler has become the first compiler to fully support the SYCL 2020 spec.
What does this mean to you?
By using a SYCL 2020-conformant compiler, developers can be confident their code is future-proof; It’s portable and reliably performant across the diversity of existing and future/emerging architectures and hardware targets, including NVIDIA and AMD GPUs.
