Grey Matter joins G-Cloud Framework to better support public sector organisations
News|2 July 2019
Grey Matter’s application to supply public sector organisations with IT and cloud services under the UK Government’s G-Cloud framework has been successful.
Grey Matter will now be able to more easily offer its support to public sector organisations across all three areas defined under the framework: Cloud Hosting, Cloud Software and Cloud Support. This includes supporting the adoption of the Microsoft cloud and associated technical support, consultancy and IT health checks.
In addition to being able to provide cloud subscriptions and consultancy services directly to public sector organisations, being on the G-Cloud framework will enable Grey Matter’s Indirect Partners to also access this market opportunity, opening a wide range of innovative solutions up to the public sector.
The G-Cloud Framework is an initiative by the UK Government aimed at simplifying and easing the procurement of IT and cloud services for public sector organisations funded by Government. The framework lays out an agreement between suppliers and government, negating the need for full tenders or competition procurement process to be conducted by the organisation.
If you’d like to find out more about how Grey Matter can support your journey to the cloud as a public sector organisation, get in touch with our team: [email protected] or by calling 01364 654100.
