  • Employees: Support accessibility initiatives and report any barriers or accessibility issues.

Procedures

  • Product and Service Accessibility: Ensure that all products and services are designed and developed to be accessible to individuals with disabilities, in accordance with the EAA requirements.
  • Facility Accessibility: Ensure all physical locations are accessible, including entrances, restrooms, workspaces, and common areas.
  • Digital Accessibility: Ensure all digital content, including websites and applications, are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
