Transition your software to SaaS
News|by Leanne Bevan|26 April 2018
Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and commercial app developers are starting to embrace the Software-as-a-Services (SaaS) model and the cloud to deliver their legacy applications to end users on the various devices they use.
Read our ‘Transitioning your software to SaaS’ blog post that we created with Awingu, where we explain the steps you’d have to take on your journey to SaaS, and the technical considerations you should bear in mind.
Awingu can help you move to a SaaS model, from single tenancy to multi-tenancy, with their browser-based solution that aggregates apps and files securely. It provides a great user experience, scalability, simple architecture as well as support for local printing.
If you’d like to find out more or see what Awingu is like, we’re hosting a free hack event where technical experts will help guide you through deploying Awingu onto your device through Microsoft Azure. It takes place on 21 May at Microsoft TVP in Reading. Spaces are very limited, so please sign up as soon as you can.
Other Awingu resources you can take a look at:
- Awingu free trial
- ‘Mobile working without constraints’ whitepaper
- ‘Get ready for GDPR’ whitepaper
