Set Azure budget alerts on GMCirrus

Our Direct and Indirect CSPs can now create budget alerts for their Azure spending on our cloud subscription management portal, GMCirrus.
For example, if your budget threshold was £100, you could set up a notification for when you get to 90%/spend £90. Then, if needed you can amend your usage accordingly to keep within the desired budget.
