Price increases for JetBrains tools
News|by Kieran Hollingsworth|14 August 2025

Lock in your current pricing for up to three years
After maintaining their current pricing model for the past three years, JetBrains has announced upcoming subscription price increases for several of its tools.
The tools to receive a subscription increase include IDEs, .NET Tools, dotUltimate, and the All Products Pack. JetBrains’ price increases will come into play from 1 October 2025, however, you can renew your subscription ahead of this date to lock in your current pricing.
If you want to renew ahead of the price changes, renewals can be for up to two years for commercial subscriptions, or three years for individual subscriptions. Upfront payment is required to lock in your current rate, however, this will mean you won’t face any price changes for the remainder of your subscription.
Lock in current JetBrains pricing
Likewise, if you still have time left on your current subscription, JetBrains will credit however many months you have left in your renewal price.
For example, if you have 3 months remaining on your current contract and renew today for two years, your subscription will expire two years from today. However, the cost of those 3 months will be removed from your quote.
