Perpetual Microsoft Licences on CSP from 20 January
News|7 January 2021
Perpetual licences can be purchased via CSP on GMCirrus from 20 January 2021 as an alternative to purchasing through an Open agreement. (The Open agreement will be retiring at the end of 2021).
This offers greater choice and flexibility for on-premises and hybrid customers that would prefer to transact with a single partner and simplify the purchase of on-premises and cloud subscriptions under one agreement.
How will it work?
- Buy on-premises perpetual licences through the CSP offer catalogue
- Make a one-time, upfront payment
- Manage licence key access, activation and product fulfilment through Microsoft 365 Admin Center
