News|17 April 2019
Microsoft Bing Maps has created a map control for Unity developers.
This latest release brings all the cool things about 3D maps, and as a map control for Unity, Maps SDK makes it possible to fold Bing Maps’ 3D world data into Unity-based, mixed reality experiences. This control is drag-and-drop and provides an off-the-shelf 3D map, customisable controls, along with the building blocks for creative mixed reality map experiences.

Maps SDK is now available and accepting feedback via GitHub. The sample experience, Outings, is a UWP app for mixed reality headsets and HoloLens, and now available for download and feedback via the Microsoft Store.
