JetBrains release Kotlin v1.0

JetBrains has announced the release of the immediate availability of their Open Source language Kotlin, targeted at JavaScript and JVM. It provides conciseness, null-safety, interoperability, and functional constructs.
The project has been in development for 5 years, and originated out of an internal need within JetBrains.
