Dynamic Ledger builds an enterprise-focused distributed ledger technology (DLT) platform, designed to make blockchain-style immutability and verification practical to implement in real-world organisations. They focus on enabling verifiable, auditable data flows for use cases such as ESG reporting, supply chain provenance, and audit logging, all delivered as an enterprise-grade SaaS built on Microsoft Azure.

The challenge
Dynamic Ledger found that existing blockchain and distributed ledger technology approaches were falling short. They were failing to move beyond proof-of-execution at enterprise level due to scaling limits, implementation complexity and cost/energy concerns. Existing solutions weren’t up to scratch, with scalability in particular proving a significant obstacle for suppliers handling high transaction volumes.
They needed a solution to make DLT practical for enterprise businesses: simple to adopt, secure, reliable, and scalable.
Additionally, it needed to be able to prove data origin and support audit trails across complex supply chains, without excluding SMEs.
Our solution
DynamicLedger chose Microsoft as the ideal solution to take them forward: Microsoft 365 tools such as Word and Excel proved invaluable in recording and logging data, while Microsoft Entra ID provided the ideal solution for single sign-on, and GitHub Enterprise for DevOps processes like code storage and ticket management. These in-built Microsoft services enabled DynamicLedger to keep costs down, as they weren’t required to build their own custom solution to carry out these tasks.
Azure provided the ideal platform on which to build their SaaS platform, while our Azure expertise enabled us to help DynamicLedger to get the most out of their partnership.
Whether through helping DynamicLedger to organise security audits, supplying cloud architects to help them put together their cloud systems, troubleshooting deployments, or just making sure they weren’t overspending on their Azure, we’ve been there to help every step of the way.
It's all in the results
Our Azure cost management and optimisation platform gave them the visibility and control they needed to keep their cloud costs down. This ensured their solution remained practical for SMEs.
Full stack moved onto and integrated with Azure – An integral part of making their DLT solution enterprise-ready was bringing it onto the cloud via Azure, as well as the integration with key services like Entra ID, GitHub Enterprise and PostgreSQL for geo redundancy.
Security audits – DynamicLedger handled their security audits through Grey Matter, giving them peace of mind that they have the security necessary for compliance.
