Azure SQL Data Warehouse available in more regions

Azure SQL Data Warehouse is now generally available in additional regions—North Europe, Japan East, Brazil South, and Australia Southeast. SQL Data Warehouse is now available in 22 regions worldwide.
Microsoft have now introduced general availability pricing for both compute and storage—including a shift to selling storage in 1 TB allocations. General availability rates will take effect for all customer billing cycles, starting on or after October 1, 2016.
