April updates from HERE Technologies

HERE Technologies have released updates which include a new release of the HERE Mobile SDK, and extended support for common street abbreviations in the Geocoder API. Enhanced support of Ireland postal codes is now available in Geocoder Autocomplete API and Places API.
The following APIs and SDKs have been updated:
- Geocoder API
- Routing API
- Places API
- Positioning API
- HERE Android SDK
- HERE iOS SDK
