ClarifyGo recording uses the Microsoft Graph API to record calls, meetings and screen-sharing on Teams, including both internal and external conversations. ClarifyGo meets all major compliance regulations, as well as supports performance improvement and business development through AI and quality analysis tools.

QualifyGo supplies advanced reporting capabilities that Teams alone lacks, including user-defined dashboards and wallboards, real-time reporting and Call Queues management.
