MindManager 2020 for Windows is now available.
MindManager simplifies the way you process and manage information, by turning scattered ideas and data into clear visual maps that are easy to build, organise, evolve and share. With MindManager, you can quickly create beautiful visualisations that bring structure and clarity to concepts, strategies, plans and projects—engaging and enlightening everyone you share them with.
What’s new?
Co-editing
Colleagues across departments, offices and time zones can work together on maps in real time. This facilitates dynamic planning sessions, brainstorming and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, invite participants don’t even need a MindManager licence to join the co-editing session. This feature is available as an add-on service for Enterprise and single users.
MindManager snap
Capture map-worthy inspiration and ideas and drop them into your maps. These can be links, images, text notes – anytime through your desktop, Chrome browser or mobile device. The snapped content stays safe and secure in a cloud-based queue until you’re ready to add it to your map.
Please note: MindManager Snap Chrome extension is available in the Chrome Web Store. Also, capture via mobile devices require the MindManager Go mobile application.
MindManager Go
Available for download within the Google Play and Apple app stores, the fully-resigned MindManager Go mobile viewing app enables you to review, discuss and capture information for your maps. This is ideal if you are working on the go.
Excel data mapper
Quickly and precisely categorise and analyse Excel data imported into MindManager maps.
Excel import
The new export tool make it easy to customise spreadsheet structure, organisation and style when exporting MindManager content Excel.
Project cost tracking
Add individual costs into your project maps, easily update them and sum totals with a simple click, for instant visibility.
What’s been enhanced?
Gantt chart
The Gantt Pro functionality has been extended into the standard Gantt chart tool for single users to have more flexibility.
Flowchart tools
Build visual process workflows that are easily understandable and adaptable; insert swim lanes and keep related topics together.
Mapping and visualisation tools
In addition, there are new image thumbnails, new quick add icon and tag groups functionalities; plus there have been enhancements to drag and drop, relationship line control, SmartRules and place integrations.
