JetBrains 2023.3 release is here

The 2023.3 versions of JetBrains IDEs bring various updates aimed at improving the coding experience. General enhancements include a new Speed Search shortcut, the ability to hide the main toolbar, Default tool window layout option, and more. For web development, there are Typescript improvements, support for Cypress and Playwright test frameworks, and an all-in-one diff viewer for easier change reviews.
JetBrains 2023.3 product updates
Each product has specific updates:
- IntelliJ IDEA 2023.3: Supports Java 21 features, updates for Kotlin and Scala, and a seamless Kubernetes development experience.
- PyCharm 2023.3: Introduces Full Line Code Completion using deep learning, support for Python 3.12 features, Live Preview for Django templates, and improved tools for data scientists.
- CLion 2023.3: Adds support for Meson and enhances Bazel support, introduces Assembly view, enhanced code analysis, and support for device tree files.
- GoLand 2023.3: Adds support for Dev Containers, updates for Go developers, Docker, Kubernetes integrations, and improvements for web development.
- DataGrip 2023.3: Integrates Lets-Plot library for data visualization, new import functionality, enhanced flexibility in the data editor, and support for DynamoDB.
- WebStorm 2023.3: Updates for Angular support, new completion options for Vue 3 defineSlots, support for Cypress and Playwright test frameworks, and initial support for the TypeScript plugin for Svelte.
- PhpStorm 2023.3: Improvements for PHP development, support for PHP 8.3, built-in project initializer for Symfony, and full IDE support for Doctrine Query Language.
- DataSpell 2023.3: Introduces support for dbt Core, enhanced collaboration between Jupyter notebooks and SQL, improved data comprehension tools, and multi-column sorting in tables.
- RubyMine 2023.3: Performance updates, improved indexing, custom paths for Rails and Rails engines, and extended support for popular libraries and technologies.
- Rider 2023.3: Offers support for .NET 8 SDK, improved experience for running multiple projects, predictive debugging mode, and UX/UI improvements for game and web development.
For .NET tools & VS extensions:
- ReSharper 2023.3: Supports C# 12 features, introduces entity relationship diagrams, and brings performance improvements.
- ReSharper C++ 2023.3: Introduces a grammar and spelling checker, code completion for inactive code, updates for HLSL and Unreal Engine support, and improvements for cross-platform code.
- dotTrace 2023.3: Improves Timeline profiling mode and native code analysis.
- dotMemory 2023.3: Standalone version available on Linux and macOS, supports importing and analyzing process dumps.
- dotCover 2023.3: Provides cross-platform framework-dependent .NET tools with the ability to compare NuGet packages and more options for comparing assemblies in dotPeek.
