International Women’s Day 2021
News|by Leanne Bevan|8 March 2021
Choose to challenge
International Women’s Day is a day to recognise and congratulate the great social, economic, cultural and political achievements women have made. It is also there to highlight and spread awareness of gender equality.
Much of this is linked with encouraging women to get into STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. As a company working in the technology industry, this is something we value.
We are proud to have a 50/50 female and male employee split at our company.
This year (8 March 2021) the theme is #ChooseToChallenge and asks the question, how will you help forge a gender-equal world? We would love to hear how you, our customers, are challenging this? Tweet us and tag us on LinkedIn with the women you’d like to nominate for their great achievements or the way they have challenged gender inequality in the tech industry.
