He has a strong academic background in computer science and IT, and has worked across various industries including criminal justice, social media, finance, health, HR, law, transportation, and natural resources. Jamie specialises in Azure Cognitive Services, conversational AI, chatbots, the Microsoft Bot Framework, computer vision, ASP.NET, application architecture, and machine learning.
