It’s business as usual at Grey Matter
News|by Leanne Bevan|21 May 2020
As lockdown continues, it’s business as usual for our customers and partners. We’re a technically enabled business with a trusted team that are equipped and trained to handle ‘the new normal’ with zero impact on customer service.
- Microsoft Teams has become the norm for meetings, support calls and product demos
- Microsoft CSP orders can be placed, processed and provisioned via GMCirrus
- Normal orders are still being processed and shipped by our Vendor and Distribution partners
If you’ve not used Microsoft Teams before, you can sign up for a 1,000 user free trial. Our services team can help you and your clients get up and running if you need more hands-on support. They even offer end-user training. If you need more info or help with Teams, please email us.
Head to our Remote Working Solutions page for more details about how we can help you.
Preparing to go back to the office?
Lots of businesses are preparing for when their teams can get back to the office or are re-starting projects that have been on hold during lockdown. So far we’ve helped customers with device management, security solutions, cloud migrations and training.
If you have any questions, we have a full-strength team here to help you so please just ask.
