Office 365 Premium helps customers grow their business
News|by Leanne Bevan|31 July 2017
Microsoft’s three new business applications within Office 365 Business Premium coming out in preview, in conjunction with Microsoft Bookings and Outlook Customer Manager, can provide small customers with the tools needed for better management and increase the growth of their business.
- Microsoft Listings help customers to attract more of their customers, gain feedback and improve brand recognition and reputation; from a single dashboard users can publish and manage business listings across Bing, Facebook, Google and Yelp, plus have the ability to monitor online views and reviews.
- Microsoft Invoicing enables users to accept credit and debit cards online using PayPal, and create professional-looking invoices and estimates, quickening the payment process.
- Microsoft Connections provides users with email marketing tools; you can create professional-looking emails, enable customers to join mailing lists or unsubscribe, use templates and send out newsletters, announcements and more. Plus track how well your email campaign is going by monitoring click, open statistics for instance.
Please note that Connections, Invoicing, Listings and Business center previews are rolling out firstly in the US, UK and Canada to Office 365 Business Premium subscribers on the First Release program.
Also available to Office 365 Business Premium users is a tool called MileIQ that tracks the miles you do via an app on iOS and Android. This tool will make it easier to report the miles you’ve done on customer visits, to and from exhibitions and meetings, easing the tax reduction and expense reimbursement process.
