Location: Ashburton + remote (office based for two days per week after probation)

About the role

As a Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator, you will be ensuring that you are delivering
excellent service to our customers and sales team. You will be supporting the sales teams by carrying out
the administrative functions of the sales order process, such as processing orders, sending renewal quotes,
handling customer, publisher and internal queries and handling returns.

You will act as the first point of contact via phone, email and live chat, directing queries to the relevant
department where necessary.
The ideal candidate will thrive working in a high-pressure environment to meet deadlines while
maintaining high standards of accuracy and diligence. You will need to be able to switch between different
tasks without losing concentration.

About you

You will have a least five GCSE level 4/grade C (or equivalent) and above including Maths and English and
ideally at least two years in an administrative/operational position.

  • Must be an excellent communicator, over the phone, written and face to face
  • A self-motivated, passionate character with the ability to show initiative
  • Exquisite attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy in reports and customer communication and
  • Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Must have the ability to problem-solve and think logically
  • Able to prioritise and re-prioritise during the day to ensure urgent tasks are completed
  • The ability to choose the best course of action, escalate if required but retain ownership of the
    issue until resolved
  • Personable and fantastic at building relationships with a desire to give the best possible service


This is a Fixed-term employment contract to cover maternity leave from June/July 2022 to May 2023 with the potential for a permanent role at the end of the contract.


£20k annual plus commission
