Cloud Platform and Licensing Support
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that helps businesses make the most of the latest technologies and move to the cloud (think Azure, M365 and AWS etc.). We cover all aspects from designing cloud-based infrastructures solutions though to building technical architecture in the cloud. We’re also creating new cutting-edge packaged services. Your role will support customers in the use of cloud delivery platforms for self-service and cost management. Providing demonstrations and training on the platforms to end customers and partners. Assisting in resolving any errors on the platform, liaising with the platform vendor and publishers where required. Providing licensing advice on Microsoft products. High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset is required for this role.
