Microsoft promises Bing Custom Visual Search later this year

At the recent Build 2019 conference, Microsoft showed developers a sneak peek of an upcoming Bing Search API for searching through a database of their own images to look for a visual match to an image rather than a text query. The new Custom Visual Search API, currently in private preview, will enable visual search across your own catalogue of image content. Custom Visual Search builds on top of Bing’s existing image understanding capabilities by building a custom visual similarity search experience across your own images.
