How to access the Bing Maps Portal and manage your account
Guides|by James Roberts|2 May 2022
Once you start using your Bing Maps key/s, you will want to access the Bing Maps Portal to manage your account.
You will be able to view your entire account, including the all-up transactions figures at a glance. You can also view your API breakdown. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to monitor your usage to ensure you say compliant and within usage limits.
How to view usage reports:
- Sign in with the Microsoft Account that you used to create the account.
- To view your all-up usage reports, select 'Reports' from the 'My Account' menu.
Once on the 'Reports' page, you can view your entire account, including the all-up transactions and your API breakdown.
How to view account details:
To view your account details, select 'Account Details' from the 'My Account' menu. This page shows the full account details including the account name, account ID, and email associated with the account and contact name.
Provisioning your account:
To ensure your new licence is linked to your account, you will need to provide your 7-digital Account ID. You will then receive email confirmation that your account has been provisioned, as well as information on how to upgrade your key type to Enterprise. This is a simple process where you upgrade your keys in the portal and send the provision form to [email protected]
