HERE announces a mapathon with generous prizes for winners
News|23 September 2019
The “Map Your World” mapathon by HERE has been announced and is open to anyone. According to HERE, whether you’re a newcomer who wants to visualise a topic that matters to you, a data expert creating a map for your project or a developer leveraging a map for your application, this challenge is for you, from anywhere in the world!
All you need to do is make a map with HERE XYZ and submit it to win up to USD $10,000.
HERE recently introduced the HERE XYZ Studio & Hub products to enable people to create compelling maps with large datasets. Whether they are complex or simple, maps tell stories. HERE wants to see your story as a map using HERE XYZ (Studio and/or Hub).
You must enter before 3 November to compete, so don’t delay. Void where prohibited. Please read the brief from HERE and the challenge rules for more information: HERE mapathon
The final event will be held online on December 12th, 2019. The finalist teams will remotely present their maps to a jury of experts!
Good luck!
